Who honestly gets left out in that scenario?
Only way it happens is if the B1G picks up teams like USC, Oregon, Washington, UCLA, Notre Dame and maybe Virginia
And then the SEC picks up teams like Clemson, Florida St, Miami and maybe UNC.
Now you've got 20 in each conference and no big names left out.
Duke and Kansas for basketball, but we've already seen big name basketball able to exist outside the P5.
Oklahoma St, Pitt, BYU, Utah, Baylor, Stanford, NC State etc are all good or known teams, but none of them move the needle at that point or feel like an egregious oversight to leave them out

Should add academics BSU RANKS 350 and WSJ ranks BSU 601 that is just sad. But huge advantage in recruiting for
