Not any of the teams that 'matter' in those conferences
Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Texas A&M, USC, Oregon, Washington, Clemson, Florida St, Miami are the ones from those conferences that matter.
Maybe you could add UCLA or UNC or the like, but those 10 (plus Notre Dame) are the programs outside the B1G/SEC that matter.
And now 4 of those are already in the B1G/SEC. The remaining 6 (or 7 with Notre Dame) are the only things standing in the way of that 2 conference consolidation
