It's silly. The SEC has been the powerhouse for two decades. All that has done is boost the interest, profitability and the money for everyone.
Sure, the playing field isn't level. But that's the same case for the other P5s.
The reason why a small fanbase like Utah had such phenomenal TV viewership, 30MM their last 4 games, is because the sport creates the ability to tap into the massive interest in the midwest and southeast regions.
