He’s right. You’re overvaluing the negative and overlooking the positive. The Pac-12 is flawed for sure
You only mention the weaknesses.
The Pac 12 and CFB is still high demand content.
The P12 will sign an extremely lucrative contract. That’s all there is to it.

Even in a down year like 2021, a small, low-tier school like Utah attracted 30 MM viewers in their last 4 games alone.
