Yes. The Pac has struggled but that’s also COVID and situational: Utah lost
A superstar to tragic death over the off-season.

As a result, they not only needed a new QB but also a new RB and WR1 with Thompson leaving.

BYU fans have this awkward expectation that Utah has to reload every year and win every game.

In reality, it usually takes 2-3 years for schools to come back from an exodus of talent Utah had in 2019; and losing someone like Ty Jordan.

It only took 2 1/2 games though for Utah to figured out it’s identity with the TE formation and the power running behind raising and Thomas.

They were awesome ever since. So yeah, they dropped two out of conference games early.

No one but BYU fans even talk about that. That’s why Utah was ranked markedly higher than both teams they lost to.

Now they come back with talent, a k iwn identity in the market of Rankings are already putting Utah on the top 7 across-the-board.

And BYU fans are out of their mind because, they lost once to BYU in Provo last September. LOL.
