I also think they will be disappointed with their TV negotiations
Something B1G will happen this summer. It could be any of the following:
1. B1G poaches top 6 brands in PAC 12
2. B1G and PAC merge
3. The P5 break away and hire a single commissioner to administer the system. Kevin Warren has floated that idea. I could see under that scenario that the P5 pool their TV money together and share equally. To incentivize the blue bloods to agree to that, could be allowed to keep all their playoff money and not share. That would stop realignment.
Of course none of these things could happen or something else could happen that is not on there. I just think the wild ride is about to start.
