Not a matter of coercion but persuasion

If you can't presuade a kids that you have a ton of knowledge, relationship, trust, etc. with, it could be viewed as a fundamental recruiter flaw.

There are tampering rules with players.  Creating additional unwritten tampering rules that none of the top coaches are going to follow is not a good sign.  I wonder in what other ways such a coach would create other unwritten rules to hamper their team's success.
