But they recently came out with a "Great new idea" to help people struggling to get by. If you invest 2%, they will add another 3% so you get 150% back on your investment. I got 3-4 emails saying I should switch plans and "take advantage of this great new opportunity." With one HR rep even saying this was "The best bang for your buck".
I didn't even try to work out the math and the difference, but this just seemed like a REALLY bad idea from start to finish.
