People said the stock market bubble from 2000 wouldn’t ever happen again because there were so many worthless .com companies. Then it happened in 2008. The reasons were different, but the result was the same.
I don’t know what will happen, but over the years I have learned the one thing you can count on is don’t count on anything.

It sure seems like (in my uneducated option) that the housing market could get really bad, really fast.

One thing that could save a lot of people is remote work and there being less need to sell a home and move for new work.
