Agreed for people cheering for a housing crash they really don’t want that. It
Would have to get really bad for that to happen. Things are very different from
2008. If our recession turns out to be the Great Recession 2.0 the. Yes housing will crash and so will everything else.
We will certainly have a small dip but stick by my prediction median SFH will be higher in Utah in 2 years than they are now

One thing that could save a lot of people is remote work and there being less need to sell a home and move for new work.
