The real question is can you get OU and Washington. They are the best value, then come the AZ schools for another media market. Utah and Colorado become the ones to look at if you cant get the bigger brands. I wouldn’t even look at Cal and stanford given the lack of enthusiasm for their programs and how outspoken they have been about their conference being elite and no one else being valuable enough to add, especially not the religious brands
