The big 12 is more likely to get stronger than weaker because of this.
I saw that Arizona schools have already reached out to big 12. If we get them, that makes us stronger, and if the ACC gets poached by the BIG, we can possibly pick up a couple from over there.
And now instead of looking at Memphis and Boise, we're looking at 4 already P5 schools.

Why would Big Ten be willing to lose money in order to invite Utah. Utah doesn't make the pie bigger

Killing off the ACC makes the pie bigger because it gets rid of that TV deal and there's more money to spread around
