Pac HAS to negotiate a new deal. That's where they are currently at with their..

...contract. The reason they're scrambling isn't because they have leverage, it's because they literally want to try to make more money than the WAC by still showing Washington and Oregon as part of the conference. This is why the Pac isn't going to survive.
