Stable.
Plenty of stable conferences will end up on the outside looking in. The Big 12 now will not be a part of the SEC/B1G playoff when it comes around. Neither will the PAC-10. The only hope is to combine the best of the rest and have a solid agreement with the ACC to be included as a third super conference.
