Sorry to be petty on a side point of your OP, but . . .
it was the Supreme Court who ruled 9-0 that Arthur Anderson was falsely convicted of violating a statute that did not exist. Corrupt prosecutor, Andrew Weismann, combined two statutes into a single phantom law to convict AA and put them out of business.
Andrew Weismann later served as Mueller's top henchman on the corrupt Trump/ Russia investigation.
