Not entirely.
No question ESPN is a go to brand for CFB. But ESPN games played in that time slot beat other games on ESPN.
In September of last year the 10 pm kickoff or later game had better ratings than 6 other games played on ESPN and 12 games on ESPN2.

This means teams want ESPN not the late night time slot.Not the same as networks valuing the late time slot games highly
