"Premium" as in more than the quality of those teams might deserve? Absolutely true.
"Premium" as in anywhere near the value of what you're paying for the elite teams in daytime and prime viewing slots. Absolutely not.
I know you don't mean the latter, but I think that's the crux of this disagreement. Saying those slots are valuable or that networks will pay a premium for them makes sense in the former case. This analysis (while interesting and glad to have the data) primarily attacks the latter.
