I know about fasting. But doing it for 25 hours with a goal of losing weight is
Just a bad method.

Focus on regular physical training with weights and cardio. Fuel yourself after every workout. Eat proteins and high quality carbs with lots of veggies. Drink water. I lost 40 pounds 14 years ago and have kept it off by changing my lifestyle.

But starving yourself? I’m gonna skip this latest fad of weight loss.
