The P12 schools are stuck in a prisoner's dilemma. Don't want to be the last ones left in the conference with no leverage to negotiate their next landing spot.

Actually Navigate's research had the PAC 12 and Big 12 numbers very close, but that included USC and UCLA with the PAC
