Besides being more healthy and experienced, what are we actively doing to improve the defense??
I thought adding guys like Jorgensen to the staff should help, but so far in interviews he’s just largely talked about how he’s excited to be part of this excellent staff. I’m sure he’s teaching technique, which is good, but group think on the defensive scheme and recruiting philosophy is not want we need. If we want better results, we need schematic and culture changes on the defensive side of the ball. Yes I am not a Tuiaki fan, although Sitake sets the tone as a defensive coach and shouldn’t get a pass.
