I live in a "safe area." A neighbor stuck a butcher knife in his ...

housemate's throat. Then he hacked him open from ear to ear. I came home soaked in his blood after holding him together until police and paramedics could arrive. The rest of our decade and a half here has been mostly quiet. Just sayin' ya never know.
