Is it illegal to make it public what they did after the case is closed?

Or does that just reopen you for a defamation case or something? I really don't know.

May not be admissible. Definitely discoverable. Malingering, dishonesty etc. certainly goes to a claimant's

Settlement. Insurance deductible is $25K, so they aren't being that magnanimous.

The alternative would be to go ahead and fight it. If a case has no merits, fight it and win at sum. judgment

Problem is that these cases are generally filed in federal court. Federal Courts don't generally award fees that often.

Summary judgements are difficult to get in EEOC claims. They are hard to prove
