I think CB just likes to have a whipping boy.
There is an element on this board that absolutely refuses to be happy with the team. A few years ago that element was calling for Bronco's head because we were in a rut where we were "mediocre" only winning 8-9 games a year.
Now they are winning 10 games a year and the defense isn't up to snuff and we need to fire the defensive coordinator. I mean WYO absolutely ran all over us and could get 20 yards any time they wanted in the first half, they just kept the score at 10 points to help us feel better about ourselves.
Look, I get frustrated at times as well, but the fact of the matter is BYU is winning games. It really is ok to sit back and enjoy the second golden age of BYU football. These are 18-24 yr old kids who are going to make mistakes. These are coaches who are human and will also make mistakes, but the defense made some pretty incredible adjustments against WYO to shut them down until the refs single handedly kept a couple of drives alive in the 4th quarter.
I have made the point multiple times that you will see what you want to see. If you are looking for things to gripe about you will find them. Just stop looking and enjoy the fact that BYU is winning a whole bunch of games against the toughest schedules in BYU history. Are they perfect? NO!! Do the coaches see the issues better than you do? I would place money on that every day of the week. Find a reason to enjoy the game rather than talking about how awful certain aspects of the game were.
