"Major rivalry"? I disagree. It is a rivalry, but hardly makes a blip of excitement on the preseason scheduling.
At least compared to other games.
Games that interest me more than USU on this years schedule: ND, Oregon, Arkansas, Baylor, Boise State, Stanford and anyone Utah plays (since we don't play Utah). USU is not in the top half the games I care about, I would guess this is the norm.

Not a rivalry from an ND perspective, not at all. It is an annual game and both teams have respect for one another.
