kotacoug Intervention Needed
If you owned some real estate in NY and part of your book wasn’t giving you the
Returns you wanted but you were still doing pretty well, would you attempt to make the underperforming properties more profitable? Say that the managing company wasn’t filling openings in a timely manner, they were expensive and had extra fees, and you could switch companies and potentially make more money would you do it? Sure your overall income is doing well but why wouldn’t you try to improve the underperforming properties.
