None of us have the data we need to want Tuiaki gone. We might have a 1/3rd of the total data. If Tom/Kalani want him
gone and know there is a better alternative available, then I'm all in on the new guy... but fan bases have proven to make some really big mistakes when they've pushed their coaches out.
Fans wanting a coach gone becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. It's hard to recruit... but even harder if the coach is unpopular with the fans. I don't see the benefit of not enjoying this ride we're on... we've had real obstacles in our way with recruiting, yet we've been ranked for years.. top 25 meets my expectations... 3 years in a row of top 25 beats my expectations.
Going forward I'll have bigger expectations. I want our team to be good enough to play in the B12 Championship game. I think that's about our ceiling considering we aren't willing to cheat and considering the honor code/no party culture on our campus.
If recruiting doesn't get better, then all of these coaches should be fired (and fire Hickman too).

They averaged 3.6 yards per rush, and that was after the awful first quarter where they averaged over 7. The D tightened

How about... We've only lost 5 games in the last 3 years and we've been ranked in the top 25 most of the time.
