People need to stop calling reading a little on a topic “doing research”
In my observation, people who call their google searching “research” are typically imbued with a vastly overinflated sense of their ability to form accurate conclusions on topics which they have zero expertise, and are really just out cherry picking factoids to reinforce their preexisting biases. Present company excluded, I’m sure.
