Get her into see the doctor - deal with the vehicles immediately

Doctor can start the workup, do some memory testing to quantify how bad the problem is, look for some reversible causes and the underlying pattern of dementia. He/she can also revoke her license.

In the meantime take her keys. If she has spares hidden around the house, remove the batteries from any vehicles at her house.

Well, at least they changed the follow up on the forms, so that many of the patients don't need to do them anymore.
