Been there done that. It's tough to see family members with dementia and/or alzheimer's.

Doctor can revoke license. That way you don’t have to be bad guys.

Dementia rarely qualifies for hospice benefits. You gotta have some pretty defined other issues going on to qualify and

I've had many patients on hospice with dementia. It is just much harder to justify in an audit.

Well, at least they changed the follow up on the forms, so that many of the patients don't need to do them anymore.
