Dementia rarely qualifies for hospice benefits. You gotta have some pretty defined other issues going on to qualify and

Check and review and medications she is taking. One problems that arises is they can't remember

Well, at least they changed the follow up on the forms, so that many of the patients don't need to do them anymore.
