There's a big difference between not recognizing/acknowledging the issues
and in not being a jerk when talking about the issues.
I especially laugh at your comment that there are fans that "don't want to hold people accountable to fix it"
A fan saying all sorts of rude and idiotic statements on a message board isn't holding anyone accountable. It's being a jerk. There is one thing a fan can do to hold a coach "accountable". Stop spending money on tickets. That's it. Ranting on a message board about how much someone sucks at his job isn't holding anyone accountable.
