I can't speak beyond my own personal experience, but I had never visited a chiropractor before last year
My back was seriously messed up to the point where I couldn't do much of anything and the people I saw made a huge difference. I'm not 100% (85%-95%?) but I'm not 20% anymore.

Btw- I have a nylon lifting belt that I will wear under my clothing when I tweak my back lifting. Helps get through the
