I pushed hard to hit PRs in squat and deadlifts until about 2 years ago. It was super fun. Got as high as 375 squat and
405 deadlift. But something always hurt. I’d fix my form that was causing something to ache and then something else would start aching.

So I decided that maybe my days of new PRs are behind me and backed off. I still like lifting but I do more volume work.
