Guys who can't shoot can't stay on the court. Team building isn't about having two guys that can play defense and two

other guys that can shoot.

The key to the NBA is the two way player.

It is easy to stop an offense who has a SG that can't shoot, you simply double from his guy.

Even Rudy Gobert as a center made life difficult on Utah's coaches because he couldn't shoot. They figured it out by having 4 other shooters and making him a rim runner. If another guy on that team couldn't shoot they would have been dead offensively. Thus Vando and THT can't play together effectively. And adding Kessler? Lol.
