Sold two houses (7 years and 4 years ago) would be ~$500k in equity today, could
have loaded up on ethereum in 2017 or even 2 years ago at ~$200 and sold when it was in the $4ks
Actual decision I made and "knowing" the outcome was just a year or is it 2 now, had $1000 worth of Safemoon that peaked at around $50k and i didn't sell any of it, still made $4k or so by the time i dumped it, but had a pretty long period where I could have sold it for $20k+
