No way moving to the ACC or PAC is worth the price to break the GOR

No Big12 teams are valued high enough to make that GOR price worth paying. Also, the ACC has a contract that makes it highly unlikely they add teams until the GOR it broken by the contract ending in a decade or the SEC / B1G luring teams away. If the latter, the ACC is a shell of a conference and not luring teams.

ACC is locked into lower payouts till 2036. They're also next to be divvied up.
