Our education system has decide that the only "safe" or non -guilty
victim is one that runs away from the scene.
Those that stay and defend themselves create an unsafe environment and there for are equally guilty.
These are rules written by bullies. You know, the nazi'z of germany, Putin. They attack and say well if Ukraine, Poland, France, Britain, would just stop resisting we can have peace. So you know, they are evil, and should be punished.
