There is an enormous amount of quality data, studies and peer-reviewed science available. It is remarkably consistent.
If industry was influencing science the science wouldn’t be telling you to watch your caloric intake, reduce processed foods particularly with added sugars & saturated fats and prioritize nutrient-dense foods.
