No wonder MLMs are so pervasive. Do you hate all sciences? Just medicine & diet?

I’m 6’ 169 lbs, 5.1 A1C, good shape (hope to get some PRs this summer). I haven’t had my body fat measured in a long time as it’s expensive & inconvenient to get it done accurately.

None of the anecdotal evidence above should have any impact on anyone’s dietary pattern. There’s plentiful, robust data & science available.
