As a Utah resident of 3 decades (nearly all my adulthood) I've definitely faced my share of yewt co-workers over the years who've been downright stupid in their behavior.

I'm quite aware that the vitriol is very ugly & real.

These days those guys get nowhere with it at my expense. (The last one I dealt w was 9 months ago. His yewt vitriol & arrogance was as entertaining as it was idiotic. He was also completely outa the Church in both name & lifestyle, but as I came to find out — he was fairly recently reconciled w his LDS, BYU family — so I'm glad I didn't contribute to putting limits to how far that reconciliation might go — by playing along w his fan idiocy.)
