and would have a life raft in the B12. It is a realistic possibility as much as I hate it.
But comments saying that Big 12 their "floor" are just delusional. Their floor is to be left out--easy come, easy go. They aren't an elite school (great medical system, but everything else about them is common state school stuff). Not a blue blood athletic department. Not drawing national eyeballs in interest. Credit them where it is due--they've held their own in the Pac-12 and won it twice. But that isn't going to put them on a short list for the B1G's national strategy or in some future NFL farm system (if that ever comes).
