I'm an advocate of sales taxes carrying it all. EVERYONE is a consumer, so we
all share in it together commensurate with out spending.
I agree with you re public works and school funding, but for the gov't to have the ability to repo your property for not paying taxes on it (decades after you've owned it outright) is unacceptable.
