a new tv deal, which would have to happen well-before next June, or sign a new PAC deal that probably locks them in the PAC for a few years.

It's either in the next 3 months or so, or after a short tv contract (3-5 years?).

IMHO, UW/UO -> B10 is the only way teams leave the P12. They'd rather take less money and exposure than go B12
