Not really, they still have their existing TV deal for this coming season

the June 30th date would only be for them to leave after this season. If they announce after June 30th and they still don't have a TV deal, I wouldn't think there wouldn't be anything from stopping them leaving after this season either. Can the pac force them to stay if no TV deal or GOR has been signed? I guess we will have to see what happens.

IMHO, UW/UO -> B10 is the only way teams leave the P12. They'd rather take less money and exposure than go B12
