OU and TX paid an exit fee because they negotiated an exit one year before the

GOR expired. Yes, they paid an exit fee. No, it was not because of the 99 year clause in the bylaws. It's because the GOR they signed went through the 2024-2025 school year. to let them out at the end of the 2023-24 year, they had to pay the B12 some money to get the B12 to agree to release them from the GOR.
