Back in early February I posted here that I had lost 24 pounds in 2 months. When I started this back in December I was 253lbs. In early February I was 229lbs. All I've been doing is staying to 2000 calories, intermittent fasting and walking 10k steps a day. Today I weigh 215lbs. My goal was to be 210lbs by May 4th. As long as I don't fall off the wagon... I should reach that goal pretty easily. What I like best about this diet is I think I can sustain it. I love how I feel and how much better I sleep.
