As you lose weight your caloric demands are going up drop because you just have
Less living tissue to support. This will decrease how large your calorie deficit is. Also your body will likely down-regulate some of its normal processes and lower your metabolism a little bit more.

Depending on how large of a calorie deficit you are in this will slow your weight loss or even stop it.

I lost 60 lbs a couple years ago. Took 9 months. I hit several plateaus. The only way to overcome them is exercise more, or lower the calorie intake.

If you do this without any resistance training and inadequate protein intake you will likely be losing muscle mass in addition to fat. I highly recommend doing strength training and trying to eat about 175 G protein min for your size.

This will help slow or stop muscle loss while you’re losing weight.
