He buys/sells/ and trades WW2 memorabilia and artifacts. French farmers still plow up tons of artifacts.

The day I dropped in, he had several helmets for sale (both American and German) that had been plowed up--they were rusty and some holes in them (probably from rust, but maybe not).

He had one artifact on display that was not for sale--a bullet casing with SS thunderbolt insignia on it. He had only seen two of them and he wasn't willing to sell.

I bought a piece of shrapnel from him--likely from British ack ack. Fascinating shop.
