IHC is closing their main provider clinic in Idaho. >100k patients and over 400 employees affected.
So I thought, well maybe IHC is finally starting to struggle after all of their rapid expansion. After reviewing the publicly disclosed tax forms, that's not true at all.
Their CEO that everyone hated made more than 35 million in a 5 year term
SVP made > 25 million in that same 5 year period. So, 60+ million for two guys.
Currently some administrators
CEO >5 million
CFO>4 million
Two SVPs >3 million
chief marketer officer >2 million
chief catholic officer (whatever that means) >2 M
chief nursing officer >1.5 M
chief people officer (whatever that means) - 1.4M
Over a dozen SVPs >1.5 million
And I don't think that include their other comp packages
Some other funny tidbits. During Covid they cut physician pay without warning even though the federal govt obviously provide huge relief packages.
During that time their revenue went from 6.6B (2019) to 7.0B (2020) to 8.9B (2021). It seems like they keep about 500M a year for their coffers. Otherwise they're trying to get as creative as possible to waste/spend as much of that revenue as possible (rebranding, sponsoring the Raiders, etc)
