Here's the cliff notes. He's been tied up in litigation for over a year. There's some joint space that he thought he
could use but the landlord says no. He says it's imperative for his business to be able to use it. There's disputes over perceived or alleged ambiguities in the terms. We get some vague details and some selective factual harvesting.
